Using our App

  • Download the app to your device mobile phone or tablet (Android or iOS).
  • Tip: download the app at home to prepare your visit or explore the museum remotely.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Deutsches Museum.
  • Don’t forget your headphones so you can enjoy the audio tours.
  • Look for the app symbol: when you spot a four-digit number on a showcase or next to an object, simply enter it into the app’s keypad to access audio commentaries and further information. The app currently features 50 objects from the permanent exhibitions.
  • Coming soon: full English coverage of all 200 objects featured in the German version.
